All About Fitness Training

Whether you want to build a lean athletic body, build strength for a sport, become a bodybuilder, or just want to get strong for personal satisfaction, we can create a program to fit your needs. Our programs for strength training are ideal for everyone, including men, women, runners, athletes, and the average Joe or Jane. These programs are customized to your training location, meaning you can complete the strength training program at home, at the gym, or at any location. We just need to know where you will train to create the best program possible.

As your personal strength coaches with certifications in personal training as well as strength and conditioning, alongside certifications in exercise therapy and senior fitness, we will design a resistance training program that is custom built to your needs as well as goals and help you understand how to implement the program. Each week you complete the week of workouts and track in your personalized dashboard. At least once a week we will review your results, make adjustments, and provide any additional recommendations. Additionally, if you submit videos of you completing exercises, we will analyze your form and offer recommendations for improvement. On top of that, we are always available for support via email, and available for calls as needed.

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly review of your resistance training program and progress-each day, week, and month we’ll review your workouts and make adjustments as needed

  • Personalized dashboard to see programs, track results, etc. using the mobile or desktop versions of the training app

  • Personalized workout calendar-all your workouts and other reminders on an easy to use digital calendar

  • Workout tracking-see your workout progress, stats for specific exercises, and more

What to expect from the online strength training program

After you pay for the weight training program, we send you an email confirming payment. This email includes new client intake paperwork that everyone must sign, such as the new client questionnaire and health questionnaire. You fill these out, return them to us, and we review them. If we have any questions, we either ask via email or schedule a time to talk on the phone. If there are no questions, we move on to the next step.

The next step in the online training process is app account creation. Since we deliver all workouts as well as other content and all tracking occurs through the app, setting up your account and familiarizing yourself with it is an important step. We create your account on our end, then you receive a confirmation link and finish the set-up.
